Tomorow I start a 21 day water fast in the hope that I can sort out some of the inflammation that I am struggling with.
Now ideally I would have liked to go longer but this is the amount of time that I gave managed to set aside with no obligations whatsoever.
Have you done a water fast before? I went for thirty days during my last fast.
